Welcome to yapp.ink, a digital platform that enables creators to receive direct support from their fans and supporters in the form of fiat tips (IDR) and digital assets such as USDT. Additionally, yapp.ink offers a streaming overlay feature to enhance the visual engagement of content creators.

yapp.ink is operated and provided in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. By accessing and/or using our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions contained in these Terms of Service.

Definitions

  • Creator: An individual who receives support (tips) from other users through the yapp.ink platform.
  • Supporter: An individual who provides support (tips) to a creator through the yapp.ink platform.
  • Tip: Voluntary support in the form of fiat currency (IDR) or digital assets (e.g., USDT) given by a supporter to a creator without obligation or commercial agreement. Tips are not considered purchases of goods or services.
  • Digital Asset: A blockchain-based asset such as USDT used for tipping.
  • Payment Gateway: A third-party service provider that processes payments in fiat or digital assets.
  • Streaming Overlay: A visual tool provided by yapp.ink to display notifications and interactive elements during live content.
  • Payout: The process by which creators withdraw funds from their received tips.
  • Content: All user-uploaded materials, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and audio.

1. Legal Compliance

yapp.ink complies with Indonesian laws, including but not limited to:

  • Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE Law)
  • Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (PDP Law)
  • Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK) regulations

We are committed to maintaining compliance with applicable laws and updating our policies accordingly.

2. Non-Exchange Status

yapp.ink is not a crypto exchange and does not:

  • Provide cryptocurrency trading
  • Guarantee price stability, gas fees, or blockchain network speed

All digital asset transactions are processed via third-party gateways.

3. Account Registration

  • Minimum user age is 13 years, or with guardian consent
  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Users are responsible for account security and all activity within their account
  • yapp.ink reserves the right to deny, suspend, or delete accounts without notice if violations are detected

4. User Rights and Responsibilities

  • Users may receive tips via the platform
  • Users are solely responsible for their uploaded content
  • Use of third-party names, trademarks, or brands without permission is prohibited
  • Misleading claims or rewards to supporters must be avoided

5. Prohibited Activities & AML

Use of the platform for the following is strictly prohibited:

  • Money laundering (AML violations)
  • Terrorism financing
  • Self-tipping or tip manipulation
  • Suspicious transactions from anonymous wallets
  • Proceeds of crime or illegal schemes

yapp.ink reserves the right to hold funds, freeze accounts, and report suspicious activity to authorities.

6. Fund Holding and Freezing

Funds may be held if:

  • Unusual activity is detected
  • Legal investigation requests are received
  • Additional verification is required

Funds will only be released if verified as legal and compliant.

7. Streaming Overlay Content Restrictions

Overlay content must not include:

  • Violence, pornography, or discrimination
  • Hate speech, harassment, or radical content
  • Copyright-infringing materials

yapp.ink may disable overlays that violate these rules without notice.

8. Legal Relationship Clarification

  • yapp.ink acts solely as a technical facilitator
  • We are not a party to any agreement between creators and supporters
  • We do not guarantee creator promises or outcomes

9. Service Fees

Platform Fees

  • Payouts are available within 3 days after the tip is sent

Supporter Fees

  • Additional payment gateway fees apply per payment method
  • These fees are to cover third-party processing costs

Fee Policy Changes

yapp.ink may update its fee structure with at least 72 hours notice through official channels.

10. Digital Asset Risk

  • Users bear all risks related to asset volatility, gas fees, and market fluctuations
  • yapp.ink is not liable for losses due to third-party blockchain failures

11. Service Modifications

yapp.ink reserves the right to:

  • Suspend, modify, or discontinue services
  • Conduct scheduled or emergency maintenance
  • Respond to regulatory or force majeure events

12. Personal Data Protection

Your data is protected under the PDP Law. We:

  • Do not share your data without consent, except when required by law
  • Use data only to improve services
  • Secure your data with industry-standard encryption

13. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their content but grant yapp.ink a non-exclusive, royalty-free, global license to:

  • Store and display content on the platform
  • Use content for internal promotion or documentation
  • Maintain content for legal, audit, or system purposes after deletion

14. Uploaded Content Policy

Users must not upload:

  • Content that violates IP rights
  • Pornographic, violent, or illegal material
  • Misleading or impersonated content

yapp.ink may delete, restrict, or report such content without prior notice.

15. Account Termination

Accounts may be terminated if:

  • Terms violations occur
  • Requested by law enforcement
  • Fraud or illegal use is detected

Remaining funds will be handled per applicable rules. Data may be deleted or retained under data laws.

16. Refund and Dispute Policy

  • All tips are non-refundable
  • yapp.ink is not liable for disputes between users unless required by law

17. Minimum Age and Consent

By registering, you confirm you are at least 13 years old or have legal guardian consent. We are not liable for underage usage without consent.

18. Force Majeure

yapp.ink is not liable for delays or service failures due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Infrastructure outages
  • Internet failures
  • Government blocks
  • Third-party payment or gateway issues

19. Tax Obligations

  • Creators are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes
  • yapp.ink does not act as a tax agent or collector
